Optimum PT and Sports Medicine (OPT) has been serving Loudoun County since 2008. What began as a solo practice has grown to include a dedicated team of physical therapists and physical therapy assistants. We are also a proud member of Loudoun Medical Group. Our Leesburg Physical Therapy Clinic is conveniently located near Route 7 and downtown Leesburg in the Cornwall Medical Pavilion.
